New Delhi: The makers of Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh starrer Cuttputlli has dropped its first song Saathiya today. On August 23, Akshay shared a motion picture of the song announcing its release. The song is promising with a lovely tune and appealing lyrics.

The song has been composed and written by Tanishk Bagchi and cooned by Zahrah S Khan and Nikhil D’souza. The aesthetics of the song are marvelous- from dancing on top of a plane, to dancing on top of a car. This love anthem is going to surely make every love birds dance in its tune like a ‘Cuttputlli’.

Well, the movie will see Rakul Preet and the Khiladi Kumar sharing the screen for the first time and fans are eager to watch them and their onscreen chemistry together.
Sharing the video of the song in his Instagram handle, Akshay wrote, “This one is for all the ‘Saathiyas’ in love 🥰Get ready to be hooked to this tune😍.”

The leading lady of the film Rakul Preet added, “Saathiya is one of my most favourite songs from the film. I think it’s a very refreshing melody, it’s after a very long I have heard a romantic melodious track. I truly believe that this will touch people’s hearts.”
Cuttputlli will be releasing exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar on 2nd September. the film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani and Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh and Pooja Entertainment. Cuttputlli is helmed by Ranjit M Tewari.

In the movie, Akshay will be seen as a cop who is in a hunt for a serial killer. He will be seen decoding the mystery using mind-games to understand the psyche of the murderer.
