‘Bigg Boss’ is back with its 18th season and has been grabbing attention with the ongoing drama inside the house. Among all the contestants, Chum Darang is slowly proving herself to be a strong contender and does not shy away from expressing her opinions. According to recent reports, Chum’s co-star from her critically acclaimed movie ‘Badhaai Do’ will soon appear on the show but there is a twist.
According to a report by Telly Chakkar, Chum’s co-star Rajkummar Rao will appear in the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode with Triptii Dimri to promote his upcoming movie ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’. Both the actors will interact with other contestants and host Salman Khan and will also bring some fun tasks.
For the unversed, Chum Darang gained recognition after starring in ‘Badhaai Do’ and was praised for her performance as well. The movie revolves around a couple in a lavender marriage and how the problem arises after their family starts pressuring them to have a child. Despite having an underwhelming performance at the box office, the movie won many awards. ‘Badhaai Do’ also starred Bhumi Pednekar, Gulshan Devaiah, Sheeba Chaddha, and Seema Pahwa.
Meanwhile, Chum has worked in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and in the web series ‘Paatal Lok’. Besides acting, she has participated in several beauty pageants including Miss Earth India 2016, Miss Asia World 2017, and Miss Tiara India International 2017. She also holds the title of Miss Sports Gear and Miss Best National Costume. Hailing from Arunachal Pradesh, she is also an entrepreneur and a social activist.

In ‘Bigg Boss 18’, Chum recently got into an argument with Shehzada Dhami after the latter made some comments on her ethnicity. Shehzada was seen making fun of Chum’s name, which offended her. She took her stand against Shehzada disrespecting her.
‘Bigg Boss 18’ airs on Colors TV channel everyday. From Monday to Friday, the episodes air at 10 PM. The Weekend Ka Vaar episodes will air at 9 PM.
