Big Shock In Bollywood, Dangal Actress Passes Away

She received acclaim for her role and appeared in TV ads post-'Dangal.' Despite a promising acting career, she prioritized studies. 'Dangal,' directed by Nitesh Tiwari, starred Aamir Khan, Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanya Malhotra.

Actress Suhani Bhatnagar, known for her role as young Babita Phogat in Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ passed away in Delhi on Saturday at the age of 19. According to reports, she had suffered a leg fracture previously, and the medication she took during treatment caused fluid retention in her body, leading to her untimely death.

She had been undergoing treatment at AIMS Faridabad for some time. Now, her funeral will be held at the Ajronda crematorium in Sector 15, Faridabad. Suhani received praise for her performance in ‘Dangal’ and had also appeared in a few TV commercials after working with Aamir Khan, Sakshi Tanwar, and Zaira Wasim in the film.

Despite her promising career in acting, she decided to take a break to focus on her studies. Suhani’s Instagram activity was minimal, with her last post dating back to November 2021, featuring a couple of selfies.

Speaking of ‘Dangal’, the film was directed by Nitesh Tiwari and released in 2016. Aamir Khan played the role of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, while Sakshi Tanwar portrayed his wife.
