Avatar 2 box office collection day 18: James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water had a record-breaking Rs 40 crore in its Indian box office debut. Since then, the movie has had unparalleled box-office success. Even after 18 days in theatres, it continues to generate significant revenue at the ticket counters. Daily revenue for the film has been in the double digits.

Avatar: The Way of Water had a successful opening weekend in India, grossing Rs 40.50 crore. The movie opened nationwide on December 16. Avatar 2 now has the second-highest opening weekend in the Indian market, after only Avengers: Endgame (2019), which brought in Rs 53.10 crore on its first day. On January 2, 2023, the film earned around Rs 7 crore. Given that the movie is still making money even after 18 days, it is a remarkable achievement.

According to trade statistics, Avatar 2 has already earned a total of Rs 340.75 crore in India. The movie will be able to beat Avengers Endgame’s total revenue in India, which is currently estimated to be approximately Rs 367 crore.

One of James Cameron’s most eagerly awaited science fiction films is Avatar: The Way of Water. The Sully family, which consists of Jake, Neytiri, and their children, is followed throughout the movie. The scenario is based on how Sullys responds to Quaritch and his tribe attacking them in Steven Lang’s novel. The focus of the sequel is mainly on preserving families and focusing on interpersonal ties.

Leading actors in the movie include Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Zoe Saldana, and Kate Winslet.
