Lucknow: A Lucknow court has ordered the arrest of popular Haryanvi artist Sapna Choudhary for allegedly failing to refund ticket money after her show was cancelled.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Shantanu Tyagi will hear the matter on September 30.

It should be noted that the same court in November 2021 had issued a arrest warrant against Choudhary after which she moved to the court and got bail.
Choudhary was scheduled to appear in court on August 22 but she did not come. However, no plea was filed by her lawyer either following an order of her arrest.
Sub-Inspector Firoz Khan lodged a complaint at Ashiana police station in Lucknow on October 14, 2018.
A dance performance was scheduled at the Smriti Upvan October 13, 2018. The tickets were sold online as well as online for Rs 300.
