New Delhi: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra hit the theatres on September 9, becoming the highest-grossing non-holiday movie of all time. From Mouni Roy to Nagarjuna, each character received a shout-out from the audience.

On Saturday, Arjun Kapoor took to his Instagram story and praised the movie along with Alia and Ranbir’s performance. Sharing a poster from the movie, Arjun wrote, “An adventure for the big screen…A ride like no other… Loved watching @ayan_mukerji s vision come to life… My 2 favourite actors and humans set the screen on fire (literally) @aliaabhatt #ranbirkapoor.”

Arjun calls Brahmastra a ride like no other. He also gushed about the action sequences of South superstar Nagarjuna. SRK’s surprise entry highly impressed the actor. he wrote, “From The King Khans surprise emergence (loved it) to nag sirs action sequences to @ipritamofficial dadas score and music this one is a sure shot cinematic experience… Credit to @karanjohar @apoorva1972 and the team at @dharmamovies for bringing this film to life… Cannot wait for part 2!!!”

Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, Brahmastra stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Mouni Roy, and has a special appearance by Shah Rukh Khan.

Brahmastra is about a boy named Shiva, who happens to be a DJ, but soon realises his destiny chose him for something more. He is destined to awaken Brahmastra. Hhe rides on a quest to understand his connection with the element of fire along with his love lady Isha. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead. Apart from them, Brahmastra also has Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in pivotal roles. The film also has a cameo by Shah Rukh Khan.
