The film, which is a sequel to Ant-Man (2015) and Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) and the 31st film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), is the first film in Phase 5 of the MCU. According to reports, Ant-Man 3 will earn $255 million worldwide.

According to Variety, Disney’s third solo Ant-Man film is likely to gross between $95 and $100 million in domestic markets. Ant-Man 3 is expected to gross somewhere between $160 and $190 million worldwide. According to the article, China, which is releasing a Marvel film, is expected to earn between $35 million and $55 million. Incidentally, this is only the third film released since 2019’s Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home, both of which are now being seen in Chinese theatres.

According to Deadline, domestic advance ticket sales for the movie are currently 15% behind Thor: Love and Thunder.

Meanwhile, advance booking for Ant-Man 3 in India shows that over 77K seats have been booked. Taran Adarsh tweeted that 77,600 tickets were sold on Day 1 of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. This includes 41,000 PVR tickets, 22,800 INOX tickets, and 13,800 Cinepolis tickets.
