New Delhi: Ananya Panday has been on a whirlwind promotional tour across the country! Currently, she is in New Delhi to promote her upcoming film ‘Liger,’ which stars Vijay Devarakonda in the leading role. The actress took time out of her hectic schedule to visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib to seek blessings before the release of her film. Liger will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam theatres on August 25.

In her new post, Ananya is pictured standing outside the Gurudwara with her hands folded. She can be seen wearing a pink suit. Ananya wore her hair open and covered her head with a dupatta. The Gehraiyaan actor captioned the photo, “Satnam Waheguru Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh.” Her mother Bhavana Panday, who will soon be seen in Netflix’s ‘Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives’, also reacted to the post. During Liger’s promotional event in Delhi, Ananya Panday said her goal as an actor is to keep getting better at her craft. “I think for me as a person, it is one step at a time. I was grateful that a lot of people enjoyed my performance in ‘Gehraiyaan’. As an actor and as a person, I want to keep getting better and keep growing. I want to win over the love of the audience. That is my attempt. I’m trying to work on myself as much as possible,” she said.
Apart from Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday, Liger also features Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Ali, Makarand Deshpande, and Shah Emtiaj in pivotal roles. Moreover, the film will also star boxing legend, Mike Tyson, in a cameo appearance.

Aside from Liger, Ananya Panday will also be seen in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gouav. If rumours are to be believes, she will also co-star with Ayushmann Khurrana in Dream Girl 2. The same is yet to be confirmed by the actor.
