Aamir Khan went to an interview and interacted with the audience and media where he opened up about his life experience and planning of quitting the film industry. The actor had come there to discuss this upcoming movie project named ‘Champions’. The film will be produced by him. He confirmed that he will be only producing movies rather than working as an actor now. He revealed that earlier he was the main lead in this movie but later realized that he felt like taking a break from acting for a while.
When he wanted to quit
Mr Perfectionist of Bollywood recalls that he realized he had lost himself in his career and movies and had been neglecting his family through all this time. After this revelation came, he decided to quit acting for his family and devote enough time to them. Recently, his daughter Ira Khan took to her Instagram where they both talked about seeking therapy on World Mental Health Day.
Moreover, Aamir said “When I am doing a film as an actor, I get so lost in the acting that nothing else happens in my life. I was supposed to do a film after the film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ named ‘Champions’.
It’s a wonderful script, a beautiful story, and it’s a very heartwarming and lovely film. But I feel that I want to take a break, be with my family, with my mom, and my kids.”

Aamir Khan lastly worked with the movie ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ which caught a lot of attention on various social media platforms. Netizens took to Twitter and Boycotted the film for Khan’s 2015 interview in which he said that Kiran Rao (ex-wife) discussed the increasing intolerance in the country.
Furthermore, his upcoming movie Champion is expected to be released on December 20, 2024. The story revolves around the human spirit.
