New Delhi: B.C. Nagesh, the education minister of Karnataka, has ordered all schools and undergraduate college students to meditate for 10 minutes each day to improve focus. All colleges and schools have received a notice in this regard from the education minister.

Not only will meditation improve your focus, but it will also improve your health, foster positive thinking, promote stress-free learning, and help you build a happy outlook on life.

The notice has been shared by B.C. Nagesh on his official Twitter account. The tweet reads, “It is suggested to take necessary steps to meditate for 10 minutes daily for students in schools & undergraduate colleges for increasing concentration, improving health, positive thinking, stress-free learning, personality development by imbibing good qualities.”

Further, meditation will aid in raising the state’s elementary school pupils’ stamina. Additionally, this will assist kids in cultivating a happy outlook, virtuous behaviours, and civic virtues.

The Education Minister reportedly urged all the institutions to make sure that kids frequently meditate every day, as per the notice. Also, he has ordered that the required steps be taken and that all the state’s schools and pre-university institutions set aside time for students to meditate.
