Noida: After 12 years, the Yamuna Authority has come out with a group housing scheme near Noida International Airport. The group housing scheme was launched today. The scheme will end on June 2. To join the scheme, builders can download the scheme form by visiting the Yamuna Authority’s website. The Yamuna Authority has taken out three plots for the group housing scheme. All three plots are located in Sector-22D, near Noida International Airport in Yamuna City.

Out of these three plots, two are 45 thousand square metres in size. While one plot is 60 thousand square metres in size. The rate for a plot of 45 thousand square metres has been kept at Rs 30,750 per square metre, and the rate for a plot of 60 thousand square metres has been kept at Rs 33,825 per square metre. This scheme will remain open until June 2. The e-auction will be held on June 23, 2023. Only after this will the allotment letter for the plot be given.
