A unusual case has emerged from the Thakurganj police station region of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh’s capital. In which husband and wife had a disagreement about something. The husband claimed that his wife slit his tongue during an argument, causing him to bleed. Following this incident, the cops took him to the hospital.

The woman stated that her mother had died a few days ago. She was experiencing mental distress. During this time, her spouse desired to develop a physical relationship with her. Despite her repeated refusals, he began to force himself. During this time, the husband’s tongue was severed.

Case filed under Section 326 of IPC

On the basis of her husband’s accusation, the police have filed a case against her under Section 326 of the IPC. The strange case of dispute between husband and wife has come to the fore in Thana Thakurganj, according to ADCP West Chiranjeev Nath Sinha.

The man claimed that his wife hit him and cut off his tongue during an argument. A lawsuit has been filed in Thana Thakurganj, and legal action is being taken. The victim’s husband is receiving medical attention.

The woman stated that her husband was attempting to force a relationship with her, but she refused. Her mother died a few days ago, and as a result, she was mentally ill.
