New Delhi: A Tamil Nadu woman who moved to Dubai in United Arabic Emirates for a job sent a video to her husband telling that she has been tortured by owners who also made her stay in a toilet.

In the video that went viral on the internet, the victim Bhuvana James appealed Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to get her out of this horrific situation.

The video went viral on social media in which Bhuvana showed that she had to organise all her stuff including bedding in a toilet.

News agency IANS said the woman moved to Dubai through an agent who had promised her a salary of Rs 3,300 per month on a profile of domestic help. The Choolimedu-based agent offered the job saying that she will have to serve only two people.

However, all of this turns out a lie once Bhuvana went to Dubai. To get the job, Bhuvana even paid an amount of Rs 10,000 to the agent earlier.

Bhauvana said the owners only give her Rs 2,264 per month instead of what was promised. Also, she has to attend 13-14 people and work for nearly 20 hours a day.

Beside that the owners used to beat her, claimed Bhuvana in the video.

Following which, her husband Paul James reached the Tondiarpet police station to file a complaint.
