Rajasthan: Taking a major action in Jaisalmer, the UIT bulldozed the houses of Pakistani migrants near the Amarsagar Gramme Panchayat adjacent to the city. In this action, 40 houses were razed to the ground. During this, a large amount of police force was deployed.
UIT officials say that earlier these houses had been identified due to encroachment, and information was also given to remove the encroachment. After this action, Pak displaced people reached the collector’s office and staged a sit-in on the premises.
