Noida: Not only humans but animals were also in trouble due to the flood in the submergence area of Yamuna Khadar. According to the video going viral on social media, more than 250 cows are trapped in Gaushala in Sector-135 Noida, a submergence area. The district administration and NDRF team have safely brought all these cows to a safe place.

DM Manish Kumar Verma told reporters that there is a Gaushala near Sector-135 in the submergence area where more than 250 cows were trapped. After hard work, the team of NDRF, Noida Police, and District Administration has taken almost all the cows to a safe place. Now only 3–4 cows are left on the spot. Those who will be taken to safe places by the afternoon

The district administration team is continuously communicating with the people. The flood-affected areas have been evacuated. Many officers are present on the spot to ensure that no one faces any problems. With the help of the district administration and other institutions, essential items are being provided to the flood-affected people. Some camps have also been set up, where food has been arranged.

According to the information, about 67 villages were affected by the flood. However, the rescue operation is going on in collaboration with the district administration and the NDRF team. People are being shifted to safer places. Gautam Budh Nagar MP Dr Mahesh Sharma, Noida MLA Pankaj Singh, Dadri MLA Tejpal Singh Nagar, Jewar MLA Dhirendra Thakur, and BJP spokesperson Gopal Krishna Agarwal are working to provide help in the flood-affected areas.
