Aradhya Tripathi, hailing from Gothwa village in Uttar Pradesh, has achieved a remarkable feat by securing a substantial job offer of Rs 52 lakh from Google, which is the highest ever for a graduate of Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMUT). Aradhya’s journey from a small village to Google is a testament to her determination and skills.

Aradhya’s academic brilliance was evident from a young age, and after completing her secondary education at St. Joseph’s School, she pursued a BTech in computer engineering at MMUT. Her journey has been marked by significant achievements, culminating in a coveted role as a software development engineer at Google.

Her path was crafted with determination and honed skills. She initially worked as a software engineer at Scaler in 2023, where her performance earned her a substantial package of Rs 32 lakh. However, this accomplishment was soon eclipsed by Google’s impressive offer.

Aradhya’s experience includes handling scalable products and live production traffic in competitive environments. She has a robust skill set, as outlined on her LinkedIn profile, encompassing various tech stacks such as React.JS, React Redux, NextJs, Typescript, NodeJs, MongoDb, ExpressJS, and SCSS. Additionally, she has a keen interest in Data Structures and Algorithms, having solved over 1000 coding questions on various platforms with a strong rating.
