AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal has been frequently visiting the state and rolled out a host of post-poll promises. He has ensured the Gujarat youth of employment under Kejriwal Ni Rojgar Guarantee and free electricity or such.
However, Kejriwal also courted controversy over his promises of providing electricity and education for free as several political leaders started calling it “freebies” or “Revadi”.
To which, the Delhi reacted by saying that, “Providing free education and healthcare is not a freebie, it’s duty of government. Waiving off Rs 10 lakh cr worth of loans is a freebie.”
