YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025: There is good news for people planning their dream house in Noida. If you are also thinking to build house in proximity to Film City and Noida International Airport, then this announcement is for you. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is all set to launch a residential plot scheme next month. This scheme was supposed to be launched in March itself, however a delay pushed the date further. But there is a good news as YEIDA will finally launch this residential plot scheme on April 2, 2025. The launch date is coinciding with Navratri, which is considered an auspicious occasion.

Interestingly, only one category of 200 square meter plots will be allotted through a lottery system. According to reports, a total of 274 plots will be allotted under this scheme. Yamuna Authority for long had been trying to launch this scheme, but it was delayed due to Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority’s (RERA) objection. However, the registration has now been done.
These plots are specifically designated for residential places and will be available in Sector 18’s block 9B. This scheme will provide affordable housing and residential plots to buyers.
Well the rates of these residential plots have not been disclosed yet. However, if reports are to be believed, the Yamuna Authority is anticipated to revise rates for the coming financial year. These revised rates will be applicable from April 1. So, buyers can expect the allotment of these plots in news rates.
Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh government has given a green signal to the second phase of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s Master Plan 2031. The approval lets YEIDA develop major industrial facilities as well as residential and commercial projects throughout the 165-km Yamuna Expressway zones within Aligarh Mathura Hathras and Agra districts.
