Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has implemented a new plan that allows workers to get budget-friendly residential plots as a solution to housing challenges faced by industrial workers, as reported by Jagran.
Plot Prices
The residential plot lottery system allows workers with an annual income of up to Rs 2.5 lakh. They can secure plots with are priced between Rs 7 lakh to Rs 7.5 lakh. YEIDA’s scheme will be reviewed in the upcoming board meeting of YEIDA.
This project aims to provide support to the workers by making them settee near their workplace. This scheme focuses on giving 30-square-metre properties in Sector 18 for the applicants who are selected.
The applicants must submit their valid income documentation to determine eligibility for the program. This verification ensures that assistance reaches the intended beneficiaries.

This scheme’s result will be out through the lottery system. Various industrial workers live in rested houses. The individual who wins this lottery will be able to make their dream home there.
