Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh is making progress with several developmental projects in store. After witnessing infrastructure like the Jewar Airport, now the Greater Noida Authority is moving forward with Master Plan 2041. The Yamuna Development Authority has started land acquisition process in sectors which are included in the master plan 2041. District administrations of Gautam Budh Nagar and Aligarh have been sent proposals. The Master plan aims to transform the regions of Gautam Budh Nagar and Bulandshahr. New villages will be developed and existing ones will be expanded.
What’s The Plan?
The Yamuna Development Authority is acquiring 5065.145 hectares of land for the land bank. 10 new sectors will be developed in this land in future. This land will be allotted under various schemes. This also includes the logistics park in Tappal. Most of these sectors are near Noida International Airport.
A budget of Rs 6, 06,300 lakh had been allocated for land acquisition in the current financial year, but the process of acquisition was delayed due to the Master Plan 2041. The Authority has expedited the acquisition process after the approval of the Master Plan 2041 on October 17, 2024.
As per News 18’s report, land acquisition has started in Dorpur Shyarol of Khair tehsil of Aligarh district for Tappal Logistics Park. The process of land acquisition has also begun in Bajna Urban Sector.
