Noida: A video of a car rally demanding votes for YouTuber and Bigboss contestant Elvish Yadav has gone viral on social media. In the rally, dozens of cars can be seen doing Stunts on the Noida-Greater Noida DND road.

However, YouTuber supporters created difficulties for themselves by doing so. Taking cognizance of the matter, the Gautam Buddha Nagar Police has seized three vehicles for violating traffic rules.

Elvish supporters made a stunt reel on DND which went viral. Station House Officer of Expressway Police Station Sarita Malik said, “A video went viral on social media platforms on Monday in which more than 15 black cars, including SUVs, blocked the entire expressway to make a short video.” Some vehicles were being driven recklessly, while some people were sitting on the roof of other vehicles.

SHO Malik said, ‘We came to know that these people were supporting a Bigg Boss contestant named Elvish Yadav, who has over 11 million followers on the video-sharing social media platform.”

All the supporters are residents of Noida who had pasted posters of Yadav for advertisement on the windshield of the car. Since the incident took place on the expressway on Sunday, three vehicles, including two SUVs and a sedan, were seized on Monday.

An investigation is going on in the matter. More vehicles will be seized.  Ashutosh Singh, a Traffic Police officer said, “The vehicles have been impounded under section 207 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.”
