Greater Noida News: Yamuna Authority has brought several agendas, including the development of industrial park in Sector 10-6. This is indeed a big good news for farmers as the Yamuna Authority has decided to acquire 1300 acre land from farmers.
A 7-member committee has been constituted to settle the land issues. The farmers will be given hefty amount for their lands that will be used in the development of infrastructure around the area.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority( YEIDA) plans to create multiple new industrial park across 1300-acre land in sector 6-10 near Yamuna Expressway. These industrial parks encompass a leather footwear and accessories hub, a handloom, handicraft sanctuary, a plastic processing nuclues and cutting-edge electric vehicle haven. The land of Aakalpur and Mayana villages will acquired for these developments.
YEIDA’s multifaceted endeavors promise to overhaul Sector 10 into the hub of innovation, economic growth, and job opportunities, contributing to the region’s dynamic industrial landscape.
YEIDA’s Deputy Secretary, Manoj Kumar Maurya, informed that the Authority’s board has constituted 7- member team to endorse the plans, and the land acquisition process for these dynamic industrial parks is already in motion.
