Delhi Pollution: Delhi woke up to ‘poor’ air quality on Tuesday morning with significant reduction in air pollution levels compared to previous days. The Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded as 247 at 6 am today, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). However, cold wave continues to grip the national capital with a dense layer of fog affecting visibility in different areas.
The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on Sunday (January 12, 2025) revoked GRAP III measures after overnight showers improved the AQI in Delhi/NCR. GRAP Stage I and II measures will however remain in place.
