A video has emerged from Delhi’s Model Town area, where a man reportedly attacked another man after he asked him not to urinate in public. The violent incident that took place on Friday, was caught on CCTV and is now reeling around social media. According to media reports, Delhi Police arrested the accused, who was later granted bail in the case.
In the clip, the victim can be seen sleeping on a footpath when the accused, identified as Aryan, arrived on his bike with two other men accompanying him. Aryan then gets down from the bike goes to the victim and wakes him up. He then starts thrashing him with a stick while his companions sit on the bike and watch. After beating for nearly 20 seconds, he came back again to hit the victim before fleeing the scene.

Background Of The Incident
It all started when the victim, Ramfal tried to stop Aryan who was urinating in public near a park in the area, a day before the violent assault. The agitation led the two into an argument and Aryan returned the next day for vengeance. Reports revealed that the accused worked as an aide in a house in that area.
Police Investigation
After analyzing CCTV footage, the police arrested Aryan but he was released on bail immediately.
