Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Congress is in full preparation mode ahead of the Assembly election this year. The party is constantly making changes at the organizational level to fit in all kinds of equations. In this order, State Congress President Kamal Nath changed presidents of four districts and appointed some new general secretaries.

New District presidents

  • Monu Saxena has been made the District President of Bhopal City.
  • Ajay Ojha has been made the District President of Khandwa Rural
  • Manish Mishra has been made the District President of Khandwa City.
  • Surjit Singh Chadha has been made the District President of Indore City.

Kamal Nath also appointed four new state general secretaries.  Manoj Bharatkar, Arvind Bagdi, Vishal Agnihotri and Kailash Mishra. Vishal Agnihotri and Arvind Bagdi, have been made general secretaries in state Congress. While the current Bhopal city president Kailash Mishra was also made the general secretary.

Earlier, on December 13, the Delhi government’s Directorate of Education (DoE) had issued a circular directing all government, government-aided, and recognised private schools under DOE, NDMC, MCD, and Delhi Cantonment Board to conduct classes in a hybrid mode for students up to Class IX and XI.
