Celebrities Demand Apology From Influencer Sugandh Sharma
As more people from across the globe saw it, celebrities and ordinary people started signing opinions criticizing the words as divisive and offensive. Chandan Shetty, actor and rapper, was not sparing words: “Sharma made a huge mistake saying that. I’d respect her if she apologized for it.” Actresses Chaithra Achar, Anupama Gowda, Bigg Boss stars Rupesh Rajanna, and Dhanraj echoed the same opinion, demanding an apology for Sharma’s comments.
‘Harmony Needs To Be Kept In Bengaluru’
Shetty said, “It’s a publicity stunt.” Gowda commented that harmony needs to be kept in Bengaluru’s varied community. Achar replied, “If you want to leave as an experiment and see how Bengaluru becomes empty, we can live with that emptiness and fewer dance pubs. Just you leave, ma’am, that’s enough for now!”
Gowda was ironic: “If you feel this is alright, it isn’t. You need Bengaluru above everything else and your departure will not alter our city. The truth is you cannot leave Bengaluru you know, you know.”
