The Vistara Airline is joint venture between Tata Sons holding 51% and Singapore Airline owning 49% stake. The merger of Vistara is a strategic move by Tata Group to refine the airline business. The joint venture of Tata Group and Singapore Airlines will now be a consolidated Air India entity. Singapore Airlines will retain 25.1% stakes in the venture now.

For All The Loyalty Program Members

Vistara’s customers who are its loyalty program members will be smoothly transition into Air India’s Loyalty program members, this will give customers to access Air India’s broader network and benefits, including the benefits they had in Vistara Airline.

  • For current Flying Returns members:
  • If you already are a Flying Returns member, you will be able to authorize Air India to transfer your data from Club Vistara. This ensures Club Vistara benefits on Air India account.
  • For new Flying Returns members:
  • If you do not have any Flying Returns Accounts yet, Air India will create one for you with all the benefits included. It will use your details from Club Vistara account to set up your new account.
