The merger of Vistara is a strategic move by Tata Group to refine the airline business. The joint venture of Tata Group and Singapore Airlines will now be a consolidated Air India entity. Singapore Airlines will retain 25.1% stakes in the venture now.

As Vistara bowed down with its last flight after 11 years of airline service, everyone praised Vistara and bid it farewell. Among many farewell wishes, IndiGo, once known as a rival, ended its rivalry with a sweet farewell note. IndiGo posted it on their social media platform, X.

Vistara’s Last Day: Takes Off With Its Great Legacy In the Indian Aviation Landscape
Vistara is in a 51:49% joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, all set to merge with Air India on 12 November. The legacy brings the nation together in praising the airline for its services and warm gestures.
