Under the scheme, an employee has to pay a certain contribution towards the scheme and an equal contribution is paid by the employer. But in this uncertain world where one is so devious about tomorrow update, job switching is very common and we dont have time as well to visit previous organisation again and again for EFP transfer. Now, Members of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) can transfer EPF digitally by following a few simple steps. See How to Transfer EPF Digitally for more information.
