Stock Market Opening: Share market on Thursday showed a downtick. Share market registered a decline and trading on red mark. After two consecutive days of growth, once again both Sensex and Nifty are trading on the red mark. Both the benchmark indices of the stock market, Sensex and Nifty, opened on a negative note. Today, trading started with a gain of about 255 points in the Sensex and 85 points in the Nifty. Sensex opened at 57,959 with a fall of about 255 points, while the NSE’s 50-share index Nifty opened at 17,070 with a jump of about 85 points.

Earlier on Wednesday, the BSE Sensex rose by about 140 points to close at 58,214. On the other hand, the NSE’s Nifty closed at a level of 17,142 with a gain of 44 points. In this way, investors gained Rs 1.06 lakh crore during trading on Wednesday in one day.

Market today

In the beginning this morning, trading started in about 1,873 companies on BSE. In this, about 801 shares rose, 983 declined and 89 companies opened at a stable price. While 26 stocks are trading at 52 weeks high and 26 stocks are trading at 52 weeks low.

Today’s rising and falling stocks

Talking about today’s rising shares, the shares of many companies including Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Bharti Airtel, Larsen are seeing a boom.

While looking at the falling shares, many companies including Asian Paint, Adani Enterprises, Eicher Motors, HDFC, Reliance are seeing a decline in their shares.

Wednesday (22 March 2023): The Sensex closed at 58,214 with a gain of about 139 points, while the Nifty closed at 17,142 with a gain of about 44 points.

Tuesday (21 March 2023): The Sensex jumped nearly 445 points to close at 58,074, while the Nifty closed at 17,107, up nearly 118 points.

Monday (20 March 2023): The Sensex closed at 57,628, down nearly 360 points, while the Nifty closed at 16,988, down nearly 111 points.

Friday (17 March 2023): The Sensex closed at 57,989, up nearly 355 points, while the Nifty climbed nearly 114 points to close at 17,100.

Thursday (16 March 2023): The Sensex closed at 57,635, up nearly 79 points, while the Nifty closed at 16,984, up nearly 13 points.
