Share Market Update: Today is the last of the fourth business week of the new year 2023. Amid strong signals from the international and American markets, the Indian domestic stock market started trading with a big fall for the second consecutive day today. Today both Sensex and Nifty are witnessing a big fall. Sensex and Nifty both opened in the red. Till the time of writing the news, Sensex has registered a decline of 860 points and Nifty has registered a decline of 255 points.

On Friday (27 January 2023), the last day of this trading week, today the trading in the Indian stock market started with a red mark. Today, the BSE’s 30-share index Sensex opened at 59,735, down 469 points, while the NSE’s 50-share index Nifty opened at 17,778, down 113 points. open. As the market trading is progressing, both the major indices are showing weakness. Till the time of writing the news, a decline of 860 points has been registered in Sensex and 255 points in Nifty.

Before this, on the last trading day Wednesday (25 January 2023) also a big decline was recorded in the market. The Sensex closed at 60,205, down 774 points, while the Nifty closed at 17,891, down 226 points.

Market condition today

In the beginning today morning, trading started in about 2,855 companies on BSE in the beginning today. In which about 1,136 shares opened up and 1,612 declined. While the share prices of 107 companies were Rs. At the same time, 76 shares are trading at the upper level of 52 weeks while 62 shares are trading at the lower level.

Today’s rising and falling stocks

Talking about today’s rising shares, the shares of many companies including Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, ITC, Dr Reddy’s Lab, Cipla are seeing a boom.

While looking at the falling stocks, Adani Ports, ICICI Bank, Adani Enterprises, HDFC, Axis Bank and many other companies are seeing a decline in their shares.

Rupee opened with a weakness of 3 paise against the dollar

On Friday, the last day of the fourth trading week of this year, the rupee opened with weakness against the dollar in the foreign exchange market. Today, in early trade, the rupee opened at a level of Rs 81.62 against the dollar with a weakness of 3 paise. On the other hand, on the last trading day on Wednesday, the rupee had strengthened by 13 paise and closed at Rs 81.59 against the dollar.

Condition of market last days

Thursday (26 January 2023): The market was closed on account of Republic Day holiday.

Wednesday (25 January 2023): The Sensex closed at 60,205 points with a fall of 774 points. While the Nifty fell 226 points to close at 17,891.

Tuesday (24 January 2023): The Sensex closed at 60,978 points with a jump of 37 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,118 points with a decline of 1 point (flat).

Monday (23 January 2023): The Sensex closed at 60,942 points with a gain of 320 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,119 points with a gain of 91 points.

Friday (20 January 2023): The Sensex closed at 60,621 points with a jump of 360 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,027 points with a gain of 50 points.
