Greater Noida flats on Sale: The Yamuna Authority will soon launch a scheme for selling greater Noida flats near Noida International Airport in Jewar. It is to inform that there are around 5,100 flats were constructed, of which 2,500 have already been sold. Total 2,600 flats are left and the authority is planning to bring auction scheme to sell the remaining 2,600 flats. People who want to buy home can grab this opportunity with both hands. These apartments are built many years ago in Greater Noida’s Sector 22-D, near the Noida International Airport. The Yamuna Authority intends to improve the apartments. A tender will be issued shortly for this purpose.

Maintenance and service
The authority has taken responsibility of maintenance of these apartments and will repair and renovate these units’ roads, sewers, drains, doors, bathrooms, and kitchens. They will be put up these flats for sale after the renovation work is completed.
Investment in these flats can be profitable and considered as wise decision as the property price near the the Jewar Airport are expected to skyrocket. The first phase of the Noida International Airport will open in September 2024. Thousands of people have already invested in real estate near Noida International Airport.
