Today, silver has increased by Rs 850 per kg while gold has decreased by Rs 18 per 10 grammes. Then, gold is selling for about Rs. 50462 and silver is selling for about Rs. 58200. Silver is currently around Rs 22600 per kg and gold is currently down Rs 5700 per 10 grammes from its peak.

Status  of Gold and Silver on IBJA

On Tuesday (November 1, Gold Price Update), the opening day of current trading week, gold decreased in price by Rs 18 per ten kilos and opened at Rs 50462, according to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA). In contrast, gold decreased in price by 22 rupees per ten grammes on Monday’s final trading day, closing at Rs. 50480 per gramme.

At the same time, silver rose in price today by Rs 850 per kg from its opening price of Rs 58200 per kg. A kilogramme of silver cost Rs 57350 on Monday’s final trading day, down Rs 69 from the previous day.

Silver and Gold Prices on the MCX

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold is trading with a bullish trend in contrast to the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA) (MCX). Gold has increased in price by Rs 118 today on the MCX, reaching a figure of Rs 50,440. While silver has increased by Rs 984 in price to Rs 58,662.

Gold 5700 and silver 22600 is getting cheaper from all time high

Compared to its all-time high, gold is currently selling for Rs 5738 per 10 grammes less. August 2020 became the highest point in gold’s history. At that time, the price of gold had increased to Rs 56,200 for 10 kilos. Silver was also declining in price at a rate of roughly Rs 22630 per kilogramme from its peak. Silver is now priced at Rs. 79980 per kilogramme. In such a scenario, people who intend to purchase gold or silver may find that this presents a favourable time to do so.

Price of 14 to 24 carat gold

Accordingly, the current price for 10 grammes of 24 carat gold is Rs. 50462, 10 grammes of 23 carat gold is Rs. 50260, 10 kilos of 22 carat gold are Rs. 46223, 10 grammes of 18 carat gold are Rs. 37847, and 10 grammes of 14 carat gold are around Rs. 29520.

Status gold and silver on the global market

Gold and silver are currently trading with a bullish trend on the worldwide market, in contrast to the Indian bullion market. Gold is currently trading at $1,643.35 per ounce in the US, up $ 10.92. Silver, on the other hand, is currently trading at $ 19.59 per ounce with a gain of $0.43.
