Gold Price Today: Dhanteras and Diwali are around the corner. Buying gold, silver is considered auspicious during Diwali and Dhanteras. So people are on shopping spree. Therefore, in this trading week, the Indian bullion market is expected to rise. Meanwhile, once again the price of silver along with gold is seen falling.
On Friday, gold get cheaper by Rs 373, Where as a decrease of Rs 467 is being seen in the price of silver. After this fall, gold is selling below Rs 50000 and silver Rs 56000. Along with this, gold is getting cheaper by about Rs 6300 per 10 grams and silver by about Rs 24,500 per kg from the all-time high.
Gold and Silver status on IBJA
According to the website of Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), on the first day of this trading week, on Friday (October 21), gold became cheaper by Rs 373 per ten grams and opened at Rs 49855 per ten grams. Whereas on the last trading day on Thursday, gold also became cheaper by Rs 8 per ten grams and closed at Rs 50228 per 10 grams.

On the other hand, on Friday silver (Silver Price Update) became cheaper by Rs 467 per kg and opened at Rs 55800 per kg. Whereas on the last trading day on Thursday, silver became cheaper by Rs 399 and closed at Rs 56267 per kg.
Silver and Gold Prices on MCX
Similar to the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), silver and gold are trading lower today on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Gold has decreased by Rs 243 in price today on the MCX, reaching a figure of Rs 49,900. While silver is currently down Rs 513 on the market at a figure of Rs 55,140.
14 to 24 carat gold latest price
Accordingly, the current price for 10 grammes of 24 carat gold is Rs. 49855, for 10 grammes of 23 carat gold, Rs. 49655, for 10 grammes of 22 carat gold, Rs. 45667, for 10 grammes of 18 carat gold, Rs. 37391, and for 10 grammes of 14 carat gold, approx. 29165.
Gold and silver rate in international market
Similar to the Indian bullion industry, worldwide gold and silver trading is booming right now. Gold is now selling for $1,619.88 per ounce in the US, down $6.98. Silver, on the other hand, is currently trading at $ 18.53 per ounce, down $ 0.07 from its previous close.
