Gold Price Today 4 May 2023: Gold and silver on Thursday witnessed a big rise. Gold has once again broken its Wednesday record of inflation and made a new record. At present, gold started selling at its highest level of Rs 61565 per 10 grams and silver at the rate of Rs 76359 per kg. Before today, the all time high price of gold was Rs 61044 per 10 grams which it made yesterday i.e. on Wednesday.

Gold-silver on IBJA

According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), today (May 4, 2023), on Wednesday, gold (Gold Price Today) became costlier by Rs 521 per ten grams and is trading at the level of Rs 61565 per ten grams. Whereas on the last trading day, on Wednesday, gold became costlier by Rs 627 and closed at Rs 61044 per 10 grams.

On Thursday, along with gold, there was a big rise in the price of silver. Today silver is trading at a level of Rs 76359 per kg with a gain of Rs 1077. Whereas on the last trading day on Wednesday, silver had become costlier by Rs 1056 and closed at Rs 75282 per kg.

Gold-silver rates on MCX

Like the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), gold and silver are trading at a brisk pace on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) today. On MCX, gold is costlier by Rs 276 per 10 grams at Rs 61,241, while silver is trading at Rs 75,821, up by Rs 421.

Gold up Rs 500 from all-time high; silver slips by Rs 3,600

With this boom, gold is being sold cheaper by about Rs 521 per 10 grams than its all-time high. Significantly, gold made its all-time high on 3 May 2023. At that time gold had gone up to the level of Rs 61044 per ten grams. On the other hand, silver is getting cheaper than its highest level at the rate of Rs 3621 per kg. The all-time high level of silver is Rs 79980 per kg.

14 to 24 Carat rate

On Thursday, 24 carat gold is available at Rs 61565 per 10 grams, 23 carat gold at Rs 61319 per 10 grams, 22 carat gold at Rs 56393 per 10 grams, 18 carat gold at Rs 46173 per 10 grams and 14 carat gold at at Rs 36015 per 10 grams.

Gold is trading with a fall in the international market. In the US, gold is trading down by $ 13.30 at a rate of $ 2,039.06 an ounce. On the other hand, silver is trading down by $ 0.10 at the level of $ 25.57 an ounce.

Gold and silver in international market

Unlike the Indian bullion market, gold and silver are trading with a decline in the international market today. In the US market, gold was trading down by $13.30 at $2,039.06 an ounce and silver was down by $0.10 at $25.57 an ounce.
