LPG cylinder: In an attempt to giving relief to common public Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has made a big announcement regarding the state’s LPG gas cylinder or cooking gas cylinder prices. He informed that from April 1, 2023, people under the BPL and Ujjwala schemes will get gas cylinders for Rs 500 each.

“People who are below the poverty line or are linked to the Ujjwala Yojana will be studied, and starting April 1, they will receive 12 cylinders per year at Rs 500 each, instead of the current price of Rs 1040,” Gehlot said.

He has declared this good news in the presence of senior leader Rahul Gandhi. It is also noted that Assembly elections will be held in Rajasthan next year.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot announced on Monday a scheme to provide cylinders to the state’s poor for Rs 500 each.

“The state government is constantly making public welfare decisions in order to provide maximum assistance to the poor. In this regard, the state government is currently developing a plan to provide low-cost LPG cylinders to the poor “Gehlot tweeted. He stated that under this scheme, those living below the poverty line (BPL) will be able to obtain 12 cylinders per year at a cost of Rs 500 each.

“With the implementation of the scheme, from April 1, 2023, at the rate of Rs 500 per cylinder, BPL and poor people enrolled for the (central government’s) ‘Ujjwala’ scheme will be able to get 12 cylinders in a year. This will reduce the financial burden on the common man in this era of inflation,” he tweeted.
