New Delhi: Chinese two-wheeler manufacturer Zontes has launched its 350R streetfighter motorcycle in India at a starting price of Rs 3.15 lakh (ex-showroom). Depending on the color, its price goes up to Rs 3.37 lakh. The Zontes 350R is the entry-level offering from the brand and is a premium product in the sub-400cc motorcycle space. In this segment, it competes with the KTM 390 Duke and BMW G 310 R in India. Zontes products are sold in India by Adishwar Auto Ride India, a subsidiary of Mahavir Group based in Hyderabad. The motorcycles will be sold through the new Moto Vault dealerships across the country.

Talking about the looks, the Zontes 350R looks quite sharp, it gets angular headlamps. It gets a bigger and muscular fuel tank, slash-cut exhaust and step-up style seats. The motorcycle also gets features like all-LED lighting, slipper clutch, 5-inch LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, keyless control, dual fast charging USB, tire pressure monitoring system. The fuel tank capacity is 15 liters. The motorcycle comes with 17-inch alloy wheels.

The motorcycle is powered by a 348 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that generates around 37.4 bhp at 9,500 rpm and 32 Nm of peak torque at 7,500 rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. This model comes with four riding modes. Talking about the suspension, it gets 43 mm USD front forks and rear monoshock. For braking, 320 mm disc is available in the front and 265 mm rotor in the rear, it has dual channel ABS.
