New Delhi: Indian automaker Mahindra (Mahindra) is about to launch the facelift version of its XUV300 SUV in the country on 7 October. This is the first update for the car that was launched in 2019. Mahindra’s new “Twin Peaks” logo will now be seen in this vehicle. The SUV is likely to get a 1.2-litre re-tuned petrol engine.

How will the design be?

The new “Twin Peaks” logo will be seen on the front and rear of the new Mahindra XUV300 facelift. It also gets projector headlights with LED DRLs, muscular bonnet, a wider air dam at the front, roof rails on the side, silver skid plates, flared wheel arches, a rake windscreen, new alloy wheels, ORVMs, wrap-around LED taillights, chrome -Studded grill will be given.

How will the engine be?

The new XUV300 facelift will get a re-tuned 1.2-litre petrol engine, which will be capable of generating 128bhp of power. Also, a 1.5 liter diesel engine can also be found in it. This engine is capable of producing power of 116.5bhp. Information about its prices will be available only after its launch.

How will the interior be?

The interiors of the XUV300 facelift may see some minor changes. But most of the things can be seen in this as before. Some premium features like leather wrapped steering wheel, 6-way adjustable driver seat, leatherette upholstery, dual-tone black, sunglasses holder, beige dashboard can be seen in this car.

With whom does it collide?

The XUV300 competes with Maruti Suzuki’s Brezza and Hyundai’s Venue in the Indian market in the compact SUV segment. The competition is expected to see an increase after the launch of this new facelift version.
