New Delhi: In the 7 seater car segment in India, Toyota Kirloskar Motor India is also preparing to introduce its new product Avanza in the coming times. The 7 seater MPV segment is currently dominated by Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and is followed by other MPVs including Kia Carens, Mahindra Marazzo and Renault Triber. Now Toyota is preparing to bring Avanza in this segment, which is being said that it will be equipped with good features at an affordable price. It will be very similar to the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and it is believed that it can be introduced under the partnership of Suzuki and Toyota. Engine and power
According to all the information that has come about the Toyota Avanza, it will be powered by a 1.3 liter naturally aspirated DOHC 4 cylinder petrol engine, which will be capable of generating up to 98 PS of power and 121 Nm of torque. This MPV can also come with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, which will be able to generate up to 106 PS of power and 137 Nm of torque. Toyota Avanza can be offered with 5-speed manual and CVT automatic transmission options. This MPV could be offered with a front wheel drive system.

How to look and what are the features?
Talking about the look and features of Toyota Avanza, according to media reports, it will be 5 meters long and it has been developed on the DNGA platform. The MPV will get twin slat grille, sleek LED headlamps, angular fog lamps and slim taillights. The Avanza will come with standard features like a large touchscreen infotainment system, digitally controlled air conditioner, 4.2-inch full TFT MID along with safety features like 6 airbags, blind spot monitoring, hill start assist, ABS with EBD and vehicle stability control. Along with collision warning and braking, the Toyota Avanza will also have autonomous features like lane departure warning, front departure alert, reports are coming.
