New Delhi: Okaya Electric has launched its new electric scooter Faast F2F in the Indian market. The starting ex-showroom price of this scooter has been kept at Rs 83,999. This scooter gives a range of up to 70-80 km on a single full charge. Its top speed is 55 kmph. The company claims that this scooter has been made for urban use at a low cost.
How is this scooter
The Okaya Fast F2F electric scooter is powered by an 800W BLDC-hub motor, which is mated to a 2.2 kWh Lithium-Ion – LFP battery pack. The company gives 2 years warranty on this battery pack and motor. Telescopic front forks and spring loaded hydraulic rear shock absorbers have been given in this scooter. Along with this, digital instrument cluster, DRL head-lamp and tail-lamp have also been given in it.

Available in 6 colors
Okaya Fast F2F electric scooter is available in 6 different colors – Metallic Black, Metallic Cyan, Matte Green, Metallic Grey, Metallic Silver and Metallic White. Okaya is giving a warranty of 2 years or 20,000 kms on the battery of this scooter. This electric scooter has a 10-inch tubeless tyre. Its battery can be fully charged in 4-5 hours. It comes with 3 riding modes like Eco, City and Sports.

Hero Optima CX will compete
The scooter will compete with the Hero Optima CX, which is powered by a 550W BLDC hub motor. It is paired with a 52.2V, 30Ah Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery pack. Its top speed is 45 kmph and it has a range of 82 km per charge.
