Maruti Suzuki Jimny Thunder Edition: Maruti Suzuki stands as one of India’s top-selling car brands. The company has announced upcoming price hikes for its vehicles in 2024. However, ahead of this increase, the company is rolling out bumper offers on its sleek SUV, the Maruti Suzuki Jimny. Recently, they unveiled the new Thunder Edition, priced Rs 2 lakh lower than the previous model. This enticing offer is currently available until December 31st to ramp up car sales. Further decisions regarding this offer will depend on the sales data gathered during this period.
The Jimny Thunder Edition boasts a completely black theme with mountain graphics adorning both sides. It will be offered in the existing Zeta and Alpha variants of the SUV. Earlier during Diwali, the company had offered discounts of up to Rs 1 lakh on this smart SUV, equipped with 4-wheel drive and a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

Post the discount, the Jimny Zeta MT will now retail at Rs 10.74 lakh ex-showroom, while the Alpha variant will be priced at Rs 12.74 lakh ex-showroom. Currently available in the market with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, this SUV generates a robust 105hp. It is equipped with a 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic transmission, featuring wireless charging and six airbags.
This 4-seater car also includes amenities like automatic climate control, cruise control, and tubeless tires. Adorned with a 5-slot grill, fog lights, high-mounted stop lamp, and stylish lighting, the Jimny provides a blend of functionality and aesthetics.
