New Delhi: Mahindra is gearing up to launch its first electric SUV in India next month. According to the latest media reports, the domestic automaker will launch the all-new electric SUV Mahindra XUV400 in September 2022. The XUV400 will essentially be the production version of the Mahindra eXUV300 unveiled at the Auto Expo 2020 in New Delhi.
While the exact specifications of the upcoming Mahindra XUV400 are not yet known, we do know that it will measure 4.2 meters in length. In comparison, the ICE-powered XUV300 and its direct competitor, the Nexon EV, measure 3.9 meters in length. Thanks to the increased length and wheelbase, the XUV400 should offer more space than its main competitor.
