New Delhi: We all know that Hyundai Motor India is about to launch its new micro SUV car Exter for the customers in India, but do you know that the company has unveiled the launch date of this car. Yes, Hyundai has confirmed that the Hyundai Exter will be launched in India on 10th July 2023.

Not only has the launch date been confirmed, but the company has also informed that the car will come with a smart electric sunroof and dual cameras.

This upcoming car of the company will be the cheapest SUV of the company’s SUV series. If you are planning to buy this car, then tell that you can do pre-booking for this car. For pre-booking, you will have to pay a booking amount of Rs 11,000.

For Exter Booking, you can either book this car by visiting the company’s website or you can also book this car in your name by visiting the nearest dealership.

Engine and gearbox details

The Hyundai Exter will be powered by the 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine that powers the Grand i10 Nios and a few other cars from the company. The engine generates 82bhp power and 113Nm peak torque. You will get this car with 5 speed manual gearbox and AMT transmission. This car will also be launched with bi fuel CNG option.

Features

The car will get a touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity. Let us tell you that this will be the company’s first sub-compact SUV, which will be given 6 airbags in all variants, talking about other safety features, features like Vehicle Stability Management, ESC, Hill Assist Control will also be seen in the car.

Price

EX, S, SX, SX(O) and SX(O) variants of this car will be launched. It is expected that the price of this car will start from 6 lakhs (ex-showroom), in this range this car will directly compete with vehicles like Citroen C3, Tata Punch and Nissan Magnite.
