New Delhi: Hop Electric has launched its Hop Oxo electric motorcycle at the Hyderabad E-Motor Show organized by the Telangana State Government. The ex-showroom price of this bike ranges between Rs. 1.60 lakh to Rs. 1.80 lakh. The bike can be bought from 10 experience centers in Hyderabad namely Himayat Nagar, Uppal, Karmanghat, Malakpet, Kompally, Kukatpally and Medchal.

The Hyderabad E Motor Show was inaugurated by Shri KT Rama Rao, Hon’ble Minister of State for IT, Electronics & Communication, Industries and MA&UD. Commenting on the launch, Nikhil Bhatia, Co-Founder, Hope Electric said, “We would like to congratulate the Government of Telangana for a wonderful e-mobility week. Our game-changing product Oxo participated in the first e-Rally Hyderabad Is.”
Available in 5 color options
Hop Oxo Electric Bike has been launched in 5 color options like Twilight Grey, Candy Red, Magnetic Blue, Electric Yellow and True Black. All Pro package features of this bike are subject to company terms and conditions.
How much range will you get
A 3.75 kWh lithium-ion battery has been used in the Hop Oxo electric motorcycle. Which is connected to a BLDC hub motor. This motor can produce maximum power of 5.2 kW/6.2 kW and maximum torque of 185 Nm/200 Nm. The top speed of this bike is 90 kmph. It has claimed an estimated range of 135 km to 150 km. This bike can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in 4 hours using an 850W charger. It also has FOC vector control with Eco, Power, Sport and Reverse 4 riding modes.
Suspension and Braking
The bike gets an upright telescopic fork at the front and a hydraulic spring loaded shock absorber at the rear. With a load capacity of 250 kg, it gets disc brakes with combi-brake system and regenerative braking.
How are the features
For connectivity in the Hop Oxo electric motorcycle, a 5-inch smart LCD display has been given, which is equipped with AGPS with 4G LTE connectivity and GNSS. For mobile app connectivity, it has been provided with Bluetooth 5.0 and 128-bit encryption for edge to cloud security.
Kabira will compete with KM 4000
This bike will compete with Kabira Mobility’s KM 4000 bike. It is equipped with an 8kW BLDC motor. Its top speed is 120 kmph. It gets a 4.3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which gives the bike a range of 150 km per charge.
