New Delhi: Vehicle manufacturer Bajaj Auto has just recently launched its new motorcycle range CT 125X in the country. This is a bike with a 125cc engine capacity. Another bike in this segment is the Honda Shine, which sells a lot. Engine
The Bajaj CT125X uses a 125cc air-cooled engine that can produce a maximum power of 10 bhp and a peak torque of 11 Nm. It has been given a 5-speed gearbox. On the other hand, Honda Shine is powered by a 123.9cc single-cylinder engine that generates a maximum power output of 10.59bhp and a peak torque of 11Nm. It also gets a 5-speed gearbox.
Design
The Bajaj CT125X gets a round shaped headlight with an LED strip in the headlight cover. Talking about other features, it has been given a rear luggage rack and a belly pan which is a great safety feature. On the other hand, Honda Shine 125cc gets a halogen headlight setup.

Features
Both the bikes get an analog instrument console with bulb illumination. The CT125X gets features like USB charger and LED DRLs, while the Shine lacks these features. The front wheel of both the bikes has lost the option of 24mm disc brake, as well as 130mm drum brake as rear brakes and 130mm rear drum brake with CBS. The CT 125 X gets 17-inch alloy wheels. While the Honda Shine gets 18-inch wheels.
The ex-showroom price of Bajaj CT125X is Rs 74,554. While the ex-showroom price of Honda Shine is Rs 77,378.
