Japanese manufacturer Honda has its reliable Activa as the highest-selling scooter in the country, thanks to its convenience, efficiency, and practicality. While Activa continues to be the undisputed segment leader, the expected upcoming launch of its electric avatar has been creating a huge buzz among enthusiasts for a while now. Revealing its EV roadmap for the Indian market last year, the brand confirmed that it will be launching two electric scooters in the country in 2024.
The highly-anticipated Honda Activa Electric will make a splash, marking a significant step forward for the Activa brand and expanding its presence in the scooter segment. While Honda has not officially confirmed the exact launch date for Activa Electric, several reports say a potential rollout is expected this year. There has been no word from Honda regarding the launch timeline yet. However, industry insiders are anticipating the launch of Honda Activa Electric between late 2024 and early 2025.
