New Delhi: Citroen C3 Turbo Launch: Citroen India has launched the C3 Turbo in the country at a starting price of Rs 8.28 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The entire Citroen C3 variant line-up is now BS6 Stage II compliant. Available in Feel and Shine trims with dual-tone pack, the Citroen C3 Turbo will come with 13 new features and the latest Gen III Puretech 110 turbo petrol engine.

Saurabh Vats, Brand Head, Citroen India, said, “We are now all set to launch the new Gen III PureTech 110 Turbo engine with advanced safety features that will delight owners with its performance for city and highway commuting.”

“The C3 Turbo has been in high demand and has delighted customers in the past and now with this new generation turbo engine that is BS6 Stage II compliant, customers will continue to enjoy the high performance and responsive motor for an exhilarating driving experience,” he added.

Features

The Citroen C3 Turbo is equipped with advanced features such as electrically adjustable ORVM, rear parking camera, day/night IRVM, 15-inch diamond cut alloys, front fog lamps, rear skid plate, rear wiper and washer, rear defogger.

In addition, the hatch also gets the My Citroën Connect app with 35 smart connectivity features. Standard safety features on-board are ESP, hill-hold, TPMS and engine auto start/stop.

Citroen sold around 9,000 cars in India last year. The carmaker, which debuted in the country with the C5 Aircross SUV in 2021, currently has three models in its lineup. These include the C3 hatchback and the E:C3 electric hatchback. The C3 Aircross will be the carmaker’s fourth model to be based on the C3 platform. It will be assembled locally at its manufacturing plant.
