New Delhi: Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Suzuki (Suzuki Motorcycle) has launched its famous neo-retro bike SV 650 (SV650) of 2023 model. This bike has been launched in two variants like Standard and ABS. This new updated bike comes in Solid Iron Grey, Glass Sparkle Black, Metallic Reflective Blue color.
Was re-launched in 2017
Suzuki first launched this bike in 1999 for the first time in many other markets besides America. This sporty roadster bike has been crafted in the neo-retro look of the 1970s. Suzuki replaced this bike with the SFV650 Gladius in 2009, but due to the huge demand from its fans, it was again launched in the market in 2017.

How is the design
This bike is built on a tubular steel trellis frame. It gets a raised single-seat at the rear, angle-shaped rear-view mirror, wide handlebar, round-shaped LED headlamps, full LCD instrument console and a 14.5-litre fuel tank, round, raised single exhaust system surrounded by chrome and 17-inch alloy wheels are provided with a slim LED taillight, Dunlop Road Smart III tyres.
Features
The bike gets dual-channel antilock braking system with disc brakes on both sides and 4-piston Tokico calipers. It gets a link-type mono-shock unit at the rear with 41mm telescopic suspension at the front.

Engine
The bike uses a Euro 5 standard 654cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, V-twin engine that generates a maximum power of 73 hp and a peak torque of 64 Nm. A 6-speed gearbox has been given in this bike. In the US market, the standard variant of this bike costs $ 7,399 i.e. around 5.9 lakh Indian rupees and the ABS variant costs $ 7,849 i.e. about 6.25 lakh Indian rupees.
