New Delhi: Two-wheeler manufacturer Suzuki Motorcycle India has introduced the updated Gixxer range of its 2023 model. The bike range includes the Gixxer, Gixxer SF, Gixxer 250 and the Gixxer SF 250.

Got bluetooth connectivity

For the first time in the Gixxer range, the Suzuki Ride Connect Bluetooth connectivity system with a full digital instrument console has been found, with the help of which information about connecting the smartphone and incoming calls, navigation, SMS and WhatsApp alerts is available on the screen itself. This gives information about the phone’s battery level, speed alert etc.

Engine

The 2023 Suzuki Gixxer has the same 155cc engine as before. This engine generates power of 13.41bhp and torque of 13.8Nm. It gets a 5-speed gearbox transmission. At the same time, a 249cc engine has been given in the new Gixxer 250 range, which is connected to the motor 6-speed gearbox. This engine generates maximum power of 26.13bhp and torque of 22.2Nm.

How is the look?

Three color options have been given in the updated 2023 Suzuki Gixxer and Gixxer SF, which include Glass Sparkle Black, Metallic Sonic Silver / Pearl Blaze Orange and Metallic Triton Blue. The new Gixxer 250 is available in Metallic Matte Black and Metallic Matte Stellar Blue color options. While the Gixxer 250 SF has been given Metallic Triton Blue and Metallic Sonic Silver paint schemes.

How much is the price?

Talking about the prices of the updated 2023 Suzuki Gixxer, its Gixxer model costs Rs 1.40 lakh, Gixxer SF model costs Rs 1.45 lakh, Gixxer 250 model costs Rs 1.95 lakh and Gixxer SF 250 model costs Rs 2.02 lakh. All these prices are as per ex-showroom Delhi.

Competes with TVS Apache RTR

In the Indian market, Suzuki Gixxer competes with TVS Apache RTR 160, in which a 159.7cc BS6 engine is available. The ex-showroom price of this bike starts from Rs.1,18,381.
