New Delhi: Mahindra Scorpio-N is being discussed a lot these days. This SUV was launched at the end of last month. Its price ranges from Rs 11.99 lakh to Rs 23.90 lakh (ex-showroom). For this, booking will start from July 30. At present, its test drive is also going on but when its delivery will start, it was not yet known. However, now the company has disclosed its delivery timeline. The deliveries of the new 2022 Mahindra Scorpio-N are scheduled to start from September 26.
According to Mahindra, more than 20,000 units of the Scorpio-N are planned to be rolled out by December 2022. Also, based on the trends in customer inquiries, the company has prioritized production of the Z8 L variant to ensure timely delivery to the customers. Pre-booking for this SUV will start on July 30 at 11 am on the company’s official website and Mahindra dealerships. If you book early, you can get the delivery of the car soon.

It is worth noting that the current prices of the Scorpio-N will be valid only for the first 25,000 bookings, after which the company is expected to increase its prices. The new Scorpio-N has been offered with two engine options in India. There is an option of a 2.0-litre mStallion turbocharged petrol engine, which generates 197 bhp and 380 Nm. At the same time, the second option is of a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine, which can generate up to 173 bhp and 400 Nm.

Talking about transmission options, it gets 6-speed MT and 6-speed torque-converter AT with Mahindra’s 4 XPLOR 4WD system. The Scorpio-N will compete with many SUVs under Rs 25 lakh, which includes cars like Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, Hyundai Alcazar, Mahindra XUV700.
